Terms of Service

 

1. Basics

As a renter, you must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking. If you are booking for a youth tour group, you must be at least 21 years of age at the time of booking.

Youth travel groups must be specified as such.

 

2. Rental period

The minimum rental period is 3 days in high and low season, including the day of arrival. In the off-season (October up to and including April) you can also book for 2 days.

The keys are handed over by the landlord or by an agent. The contact details will be announced before departure. Key handover always assumes that you have made all payments.

Check-in should be between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. If you arrive later, the keys will only be handed over in accordance with a prior agreement and against payment of agreed fees.

On the day of departure, the holiday home must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest.

If there is a suspicion that something is going on that violates current legislation, regulations, public order or good morals, Panoramare has the right to gain access to the holiday home; should this suspicion be confirmed, Panoramare has the right to terminate the rental agreement without notice and to evict the person(s) concerned from the holiday home without prior notice and without any right to a rent refund.

 

3. Number of travelers

The holiday property may only be used by the maximum number of people agreed at the time of booking for overnight stays.

 

4. pets and allergies

Pets are allowed by arrangement and for a fee of €7 per day.

Pet owners are obliged to properly dispose of dog poo in bags.

Panoramare cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions from tenants due to the fact that animals have stayed in the holiday home.

 

5. Noise

The objects of Panoramare and the surrounding houses consist mainly of holiday apartments. In order to enable all holidaymakers to relax, excessive noise should be avoided, especially after 10 p.m.

 

6. Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the holiday home. Smoking is permitted outdoors, taking care not to pollute the balconies, terraces and gardens.

 

7. Pool use

The use of the above ground pools is entirely at your own risk. Children under the age of 16 are only allowed in the pool area under adult supervision.

For safety reasons, the recommended number of people to use the pools is as follows:

Villa Elisa: 6 people

House Marina: 4 people

House Vesna: 6 people

Before using the pool, make sure your feet are thoroughly cleaned. Jumping in is prohibited. The pools are to be treated with care. Panoramare cannot be held responsible for any accidents.

 

8. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS

Free WiFi is available in all holiday properties. The password is stored in the apartments using a QR code.

However, Panoramare cannot be held responsible for problems arising from poor reception, congestion, cable problems or insufficient data flow. Tenants may only use the Internet access if they are of legal age and strictly adhere to the applicable laws when using it.

 

9. Prices

The currently valid prices can be found on the Panoramare website.

The total prices consist of:

10. payment arrangements

Your booking is binding and final as soon as you have transferred the total price to the account below and have received a booking confirmation.

11. Resignation

A withdrawal from the contract must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, you as the tenant are obliged to compensate Panoramare for the damage incurred under the following conditions:

• Cancellation more than 40 days before arrival: Free cancellation
• Cancellation 40-10 days before arrival: cancellation fee 50%
• Cancellation less than 10 days before arrival: cancellation fee 100%

However, if you as a tenant can nominate a third party who wants to use the holiday property in the same period under the same conditions, Panoramare will accept this contract change for a processing fee of €75. Notification of a replacement must also be made in writing.

Corona – conditional short-term arrival hindrance: You will receive a credit for a new stay in Panoramare.

It is generally recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

 

12. Cleaning

• before departure: Even if a final cleaning is included in the price, the final dishes must be done, the dishwasher and refrigerator emptied, the oven and outdoor grill cleaned and tidied up both inside and outside the holiday home.

If the holiday property is not left in a proper condition, the tenant will be charged for the additional cleaning costs.

 

• Intermediate cleaning: An interim cleaning can be carried out by arrangement. Additional cleaning costs can be found on the Panoramare website.

 

• Final cleaning: Is included in the total price.

 

13. Damage

The tenants treat the holiday property they have been entrusted with with care and return it on departure in the condition in which they found it on arrival. Of course, no one will be held responsible for normal wear and tear as a result of intended use. However, if real damage is caused to the house inside and outside or to the pools by tenants or persons who tenants have enabled access to the holiday property during the booked period, the tenants are liable. Damage to the house inside and outside must be reported immediately to Panoramare. Damage will be charged if the tenant is at fault.

 

14. Warranty and Remedy

The holiday property is handed over free of defects. If the tenants should find insufficient cleaning, damage or defects, they are obliged to complain about these circumstances immediately. Defects in cleaning must be reported immediately, other damage and defects must be reported no later than 48 hours after moving into the holiday property.

Panoramare has the right to remedy the defects. The tenants must in turn grant a reasonable period of time for this. If the tenants leave earlier, they do so at their own expense and risk.

 

15. Force majeure, extraordinary events or circumstances

If Panoramare are prevented or substantially prevented from doing so as a result of force majeure and/or other extraordinary events (including but not limited to and regardless of whether the force majeure and/or other extraordinary events or circumstances were foreseeable at the time of booking). to perform its obligations under this Agreement, Panoramare shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement. In this case, Panoramare is not liable for the non-performance of the contract.

 

16. Disclaimer

Panoramare are not liable for

• force majeure such as natural disasters, environmental disasters, exceptional weather conditions, epidemics, pandemics
• changing circumstances such as risk area classification, quarantine measures, changes in entry and exit regulations, border closures, geographical area closures, food shortages, traffic conditions, strikes or lockouts, power outages, internet outages, closures of shops and other facilities
• Disturbances that are not related to the holiday property, such as road works or construction work in the vicinity of the holiday property, noise pollution, changes in swimming opportunities including swimming bans, changed fishing and angling permits, changed weather conditions such as heavy rain, floods and forest fires, insect infestation
• property of the tenants. Panoramare cannot be held responsible for cases of theft or damage or similar events with regard to the renter’s property.

 

17. Privacy Policy

The tenant agrees that necessary data about his person will be stored, changed and / or deleted as part of the contract concluded with him. All personal data is treated with absolute confidentiality

 

18. Final Provisions

Photos and text on the website or in the flyer serve as a realistic description. 100% correspondence with the rental property cannot be guaranteed. The landlord reserves the right to make changes to the equipment (e.g. furniture) provided they are equivalent.
